Lead Foundry operates on four refusals: never sell an enquiry twice, never sell a record from a source we cannot evidence, never take a commission from a carrier, and never publish a number we cannot show the working for. Each one costs revenue, and each one is the reason the model works.
Every enquiry is sold to exactly one broker and is never resold, recycled or shared. Selling the same record to several brokers is the single most profitable thing a lead vendor can do, and it is the reason most bought leads disappoint. Refusing it caps the revenue per record and is the whole product.
Lead Foundry owns and operates every site that produces the enquiries it sells. Today that is quotehub.co.nz, which supplies life insurance enquiries in New Zealand. It does not buy or resell records from list brokers, publisher networks or other lead vendors. A record bought from a list broker cannot be traced to a form, a consent, or a moment of intent. If the origin cannot be evidenced, it does not get sold.
Lead Foundry takes no referral fee or commission from any insurer. The broker pays Lead Foundry; the carrier pays the broker. The moment a lead supplier earns more when a broker places with one insurer over another, the supply stops being neutral and the broker inherits a conflict they did not agree to.
Performance figures on this site are either sourced to a third party and linked, or they are not published. Where Lead Foundry does not yet have enough volume for a figure to be representative, it says so rather than picking a flattering number.
