From consumer enquiry to your pipeline, in four stages

A Lead Foundry enquiry passes through four stages before a broker receives it: capture on a site we own, four-stage verification, qualification against the broker’s filters, and exclusive delivery to a single buyer. Records that clear verification automatically are routed immediately, with no manual step.

Stage one: capture on a site we own

Lead Foundry owns and operates every site that produces the enquiries it sells. Today that is quotehub.co.nz, which supplies life insurance enquiries in New Zealand. It does not buy or resell records from list brokers, publisher networks or other lead vendors. Consumers arrive mid-decision: on QuoteHub they want a quote, not a brochure. LoanWatch (loanwatch.co.nz and loanwatch.com.au) is the mortgage brand. It is in development and not yet live, so Lead Foundry is not selling mortgage enquiries today.

Stage two: four-stage verification

Each enquiry passes a four-stage check before it is sold: SMS one-time-password, email loop, device fingerprint and identity check. A record that fails any stage is never sold, and is replaced free if one reaches a broker.

Stage three: qualification against your filters

Enquiries are matched to a broker’s filters before delivery: product line, region, age band, sum assured and volume caps. Brokers set daily and weekly caps in the portal so supply matches capacity rather than overwhelming it.

Stage four: exclusive delivery

Every enquiry is sold to exactly one broker and is never resold, recycled or shared. Delivery is to the broker portal with email notification, and can be routed into a CRM on request.

How fast is delivery?

Enquiries that clear verification automatically are routed to the buying broker immediately, without manual handling. Lead Foundry does not publish a measured median delivery time yet: production volume is not large enough for a figure to be representative, and a measured distribution will be published here once it is.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly are leads delivered?

Enquiries that clear verification automatically are routed to the buying broker immediately, without manual handling. Lead Foundry does not publish a measured median delivery time yet: production volume is not large enough for a figure to be representative, and a measured distribution will be published here once it is.

Can I control how many leads I receive?

Yes. Brokers set daily and weekly caps in the portal, plus filters for product line, region, age band and sum assured. Supply is matched to capacity rather than pushed at you.

What happens to a record that fails verification?

It is not sold. A record that fails any of the four checks never reaches a broker, and if one slips through it is credited back under the replacement guarantee.
