The questions below are the ones brokers most often raise before taking supply: how exclusivity actually works, what an enquiry costs, how records are verified, what happens when one is bad, and who the legal entity is.
Brokers are invoiced fortnightly for the enquiries they accepted in that period. There is no retainer, no subscription, no platform fee and no minimum spend. Unit price depends on filters, volume, region and exclusivity requirements, which is why no per-unit price is published on this site. Your rate is agreed before supply starts and does not change without notice.
No lock-in. You set a weekly cap, you can pause for a week, and you can leave at any time. We ask that you keep the cap honest, because capacity planning runs against it.
Fortnightly, for the enquiries you accepted during that period. Credits for invalid enquiries are applied to the next invoice. Currency is NZD for New Zealand brokers.
Any enquiry already routed to you before your cancellation is billable on the final invoice. Anything still queued is not routed to you and is not charged.
A new individual record captured on QuoteHub, verified before sale, and carrying the intent, profile and consent detail the consumer provided. Every enquiry is sold to exactly one broker and is never resold, recycled or shared.
When the contact details fail at delivery: dead number, wrong person on the line, or a mismatch against the region or sector filters you signed up for. Raise it within 48 hours of delivery. Wrong number, fake name and duplicate enquiries are credited back. Disputes are filed in the broker portal and reviewed within one business day, with the credit applied to the next fortnightly invoice.
Not replaceable. Verification evidences that the number is real and the consent is real, not that the person is beside their phone when you call. Contactability is a function of your timing, your cadence and your channel mix.
Duplicate submissions are detected against a hashed device fingerprint and repeat contact details, and the same record is never sold twice under any circumstances. Disposable email domains and known VOIP ranges are screened at the form. Records that fail are not sold.
Into the broker portal, with email notification, as standard. HubSpot and Freshsales are supported as a managed handover rather than a self-serve connector. A direct API or webhook feed is not available yet: if that is a requirement for you, say so on the intro call rather than assuming it.
Enquiries that clear verification automatically are routed to the buying broker immediately, without manual handling. Lead Foundry does not publish a measured median delivery time yet: production volume is not large enough for a figure to be representative, and a measured distribution will be published here once it is.
The consumer’s contact details and preferred contact time, what they are enquiring about and the cover or loan band they selected, the verification outcome, the consent record with its timestamp, and which of your filters it matched.
Yes. You set daily and weekly caps in the portal alongside filters for product line, region, age band and sum assured. To pause, set the cap to zero. To scale up, raise the cap week on week so supply has time to follow.
Expressly, at the form, with the broker-contact opt-in worded plainly rather than buried. The consent wording, its timestamp and the page it was given on are stored as part of the enquiry record and are supplied to you with the enquiry.
Because under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 the burden of proving consent sits with whoever sends a commercial electronic message. When you email or text a purchased enquiry, that sender is you. The consent artefact is supplied so you can evidence it. Note that a phone call is not a message under that Act, but an email or text is.
Lead Foundry supplies enquiries to licensed brokers. It is not an insurer, not a lender, and does not give financial advice. Lead Foundry takes no referral fee or commission from any insurer. The broker pays Lead Foundry; the carrier pays the broker. The consumer is told on the form that their enquiry goes to a single licensed broker who pays for the introduction, and that they are under no obligation.
No. The consumer journey runs entirely on QuoteHub. Your brand appears only when you make contact, which keeps you clear of any advertising you did not write.
With our hosting and database providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Consumer enquiry records are deleted 24 months after submission, or sooner on verified request. The specific hosting region and the current list of subprocessors are set out in the privacy policy and can be confirmed in writing before you sign.
If your sector and region already have capacity and you are ready to take delivery, within a few business days of the application being accepted. If capacity has to be built for your area, longer, and you will be told which of those two applies on the intro call rather than after you sign.
The founder, directly, by email or phone during New Zealand business hours. There is no support queue and no escalation tier, and the person who answers can credit a record on the call.
Because exclusivity is the product. If every applicant were accepted, supply per buyer would dilute until the advantage disappeared. Buyers are accepted in the order their sector and region mix matches open capacity.
Eight brokerages across New Zealand currently buy life insurance leads from Lead Foundry, as at August 2026. Buyer identities are confidential, because brokers do not want competitors knowing where their pipeline comes from. References can be arranged on an intro call.
Lead Foundry supplies New Zealand and Australia only. Lead Foundry does not supply the United Kingdom or any other market.
